QSS Limited is a Sierra Leonean employee outsourcing, recruitment and workforce management company established in 2007. For more than eighteen years, we have supported organizations with reliable staffing solutions while also helping job seekers connect with credible employment opportunities.

QSS Limited serves two important groups:
employers and job seekers.

For employers, we provide practical recruitment, outsourcing and workforce management solutions that reduce the burden of hiring, documentation, payroll administration, staff supervision and  performance management.

For job seekers, we provide a trusted platform through which they can submit their profiles, apply for available vacancies, upload their CVs and relevant supporting documents, and be considered for suitable employment or deployment opportunities.

For Employers

We help organizations identify and manage suitable personnel for their operational needs. Our employer-focused services include recruitment, employee verification, outsourced staff deployment, payroll support, staff administration, performance monitoring and replacement support.
We work with clients across sectors including banking and financial services, hotel and tourism, healthcare, NGOs, sales and marketing, administration, field operations and general business support services.
Our goal is to help employers reduce staffing risk, improve productivity and maintain operational continuity.

For Job Seekers

We also support individuals who are looking for credible job opportunities. Through our recruitment process, job seekers may register with QSS Limited, upload their CVs and relevant documents, apply for advertised vacancies and be considered for roles that match their qualifications, experience, skills and availability.
